By Car
We’re located just off the A3, a few minutes from the Chessington Roundabout.
From the roundabout, take Fullers Way North, and look out for Advantage Day Nursery and the Red Lion Business Park on your right.
Enter the business park and turn right at the Viadex building
On-site parking is available for visitors
Please park in designated Scuba Academy bays where marked, or check signage on arrival
By Bus
Several buses stop within a short walk of the business park:
Route K1 (between Kingston and New Malden) – stops on Red Lion Road
Route 406 (Epsom to Kingston) – stops on Tolworth Broadway, approx. 8-minute walk
Route 418 (Epsom to Kingston) – also stops nearby

By Train
The nearest train station is Tolworth Station, served by South Western Railway on the Chessington branch line.
It’s a 10–12 minute walk from the station to the business park.
Exit the station and turn left onto Kingston Road, then left again onto Red Lion Road.
Red Lion Business Park will be on your left
Enter by Advantage Day Nursey, and turn right by the Viadex Building — look for Unit 17 opposite USF Motors.
